Breathwork is a powerful healing tool for releasing stress and overwhelm, regulating the nervous system, accessing deep relaxation, and supporting emotional healing.

Despite years of talk therapy, mindset work, and energy healing, I always felt like something was missing in my healing journey.

And there was—breathwork.

 
I had learned about breathwork during my massage therapy and yoga teacher trainings, but I hadn’t fully explored its potential. That changed the day I found myself in an online Conscious Connected Breathwork class. Something shifted. With each breath, layers of emotion, tension, and old stories began to unravel.
 
Healing and expansion flowed through me.

Breathwork became the key—and the rocket fuel—of my healing journey.

The more I practiced, the more I needed to learn about its potency.

And the more I understood, the more I felt called to share this life-changing work with others, like you!

What I Offer

I offer both in-person and online individual and group breathwork journeys—using simple, conscious breathing techniques guided with intention and music to take you into a deep, meditative, and healing state​.​

One-on-one

Your Breathwork Soul Session is a sacred healing space where you are invited to be fully seen, heard, and met—exactly where you are in your wholeness.

 

This session weaves together therapeutic

conversation, intuitive insight, soul coaching, and healing to help you gain clarity and open pathways for meaningful change.

​

Together, we begin with a soulful conversation—an intuitive, heart-led exploration of what is asking to be healed, witnessed, or transformed in your life. From this place of connection, I will guide you into a Breathwork Soul Journey—about 45 minutes of active, conscious breathing—to loosen the grip of the mind, awaken the wisdom of the body, and enter a state beyond the ordinary, where insight and healing can arise.

After the breath, we rest. You are given space to land, to listen, to simply be. We close with time for reflection, integration, and any questions or wisdom sharing that feels present, so that you leave feeling more connected, resourced, and deeply met and held.

Group Sessions

Whether in person or online, group breathwork healing journeys are sacred spaces to breathe, feel, and heal in community. The shared energy deepens the experience. I’ll introduce a relevant energetic theme, teach the breathwork practice, guide you through the journey, and hold space afterward for reflection, integration, and questions about your journey.

 

I’m passionately devoted to gathering conscious humans to breathe, move, express, and remember who they truly are..

Each breathwork journey lasts about 90 minutes. We begin by setting a clear intention, followed by about 45 minutes of active breathing supported by music, and then land gently into rest and integration and journaling.

This practice is for anyone seeking support with stress, emotional release, clarity, or deeper self-connection. No experience is necessary—just your willingness to breathe.

Each session is a powerful healing experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, clear stored energy from the nervous system, and release suppressed emotional energy held deep within.

As you create space within, new visions and potent next steps begin to emerge. You return to yourself with greater clarity, ease, and presence.
