About the event
An in-person gathering that weaves together therapeutic breathwork, writing, reflection, conversation and community. We'll begin by arriving together, move into a guided therapeutic Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, and leave space afterward for writing, reflection, tea and conversation. No previous breathwork experience is required. Just come as you are. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, journal, pen and a favourite mug. Eye masks will be available, and we'll have tea together after breathing. Compassionate pricing is available. Please contact me directly.
