About the event
What should I bring?
A journal & pen, water bottle, yoga mat, pillows, cozy blanket, comfortable & layered clothing, slippers or cozy socks, bathing suit & towel, and anything that supports cozy ease and comfort.
Is lunch included?
Yes. Includes the full-day retreat experience, nourishing lunch + snacks, with dietary needs accommodated if you let us know in advance by emailing Selena at islandviewcr@gmail.com.

If your body is craving more spaciousness, you can expand your retreat experience with an optional overnight stay at Island View Retreat & Wellness for an additional +$150/person (shared) or +$200/person (solo) (per night).
