SATURDAY, MARCH 28 | 10AM - 5PM | GILMOUR, ONTARIO
One week after the Spring Equinox, you’re invited to step out of the noise and into something simpler… steadier… more true.
Through restorative therapeutic breathwork, cacao, self-care embodiment rituals, journaling, and unhurried community, we’ll support your nervous system to settle — and your inner world to come back online.

This is a day for:
• Restoring your energy
• Clearing what’s been building up
• Reconnecting to your body’s wisdom
• Finding your rhythm again

Not hustle.
Not performance.
Just a true return to harmony — from the inside out.
Is the In Harmony Retreat for you?
This day is for you if you’ve been feeling:
• A little frayed at the edges
• Stretched thin, tired, or overextended
• Disconnected from your body and your own rhythm
• Like you’ve been “holding it together” for everyone else
• Ready for calm, clarity, and a deep exhale

You don’t need to be experienced with breathwork, cacao or retreats.
You only need the feeling that your body is ready for something softer… and more supportive for you.

Do you want (and need) to be In Harmony?
This retreat is designed to be nourishing, regulating, and deeply restorative — a blend of guided practices and spaciousness.

You’ll be guided through:
• Restorative Therapeutic Breathwork — a gentle, nervous-system supportive, grounding, and replenishing journey.
• Cacao Ceremony — a heart-opening ritual to connect inward and soften into the day.
• Self-Care Embodiment Rituals — simple practices you can take home and return to again and again.
• Journaling + Reflection — to integrate what’s arising and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
• Community + Conversation — connection without pressure: held, warm, real.
• Free Time + Spaciousness — for rest, quiet, a sauna, walking in nature, and integration.
• A nourishing lunch + snacks — to support your day of rest and renewal.

This is a retreat for your nervous system.

For your body.

For the part of you that doesn’t need fixing — only listening.
Your Facilitators
Sharon Black and Selena Bruni are co-creating this day as a soft landing for women — a space where you can breathe, settle, return to yourself and remember what’s true.

Together, we’ll guide and support you through a day of embodied practices, grounded care in community — with a deep respect for your pace, your season, and your inner knowing.
What to Expect from In Harmony
What to expect from the Restorative Breathwork Journey

This is a restorative, therapeutic breathwork experience grounded in nervous system support, calm embodiment, and deep rest.
Sharon will guide you through a gentle, breath-led practice that helps you soften out of doing and back into being — supporting regulation, release, and inner clarity.
You’ll be guided with full permission to listen inward — resting, adjusting, and honouring your own pace throughout.

What to expect from the Cacao Ceremony

We’ll begin with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony — a warm and nourishing ritual to help you arrive, drop in, and connect inward.

Cacao is a gentle plant ally that invites deeper connection to the heart space, supporting emotional openness, clarity, and alignment with your authentic self.
Selena Bruni will guide you through the cacao journey. She brings years of experience, grounded presence, and nurturing energy to creating a loving, safe space where you can fully connect to the magic of cacao — in a way that feels supported, intentional, and deeply human.

A nourishing lunch and snacks will be provided to support your day of rest and renewal.
